Im Gesetzentwurf sind aber bereits Ausnahmen für das Verbot ab 2026 vorgesehen: In Regionen, in denen es keinen Gas-Anschluss gibt und sich Wärmepumpen beispielsweise nicht wirtschaftlich einsetzen lassen, soll der Einbau von Ölheizungen auch weiterhin möglich sein.
